Q. What is your average turn around time?

A. Turn around time is 5-7 working days plus delivery time. Rush cases can be accommodated upon request.

Q. How do you provide pick up and delivery services?

A. Within Charlottetown we provide free pick up and delivery service. Outside Charlottetown and the Province, same day or overnight courier services will be arranged. Rose Dental Lab will pay one way courier fees.

Q. What is your guarantee?

A. There is a 6- month guarantee on workmanship.
